Let's define something undefinable
When there isn't a standard by NIST or ISO, let alone a college degree or agreed upon approach, what is it?
As the founder of XERAPHINA I get asked a lot what is innovation and imagineering. In the enterprise-class space, this is how my team and I redefine it:
INNOVATION: Is not a technology, it’s a solution culture that breaks rules and is built for speed to market. Innovation means by default, you are required to reject the status quo without apology. To abandon the way the mother organization does business as usual, to engage a covert team tooled to bring the brand to the future through hyper-experimentation.
IMAGINEERING: Working together to create an unimagined reality an imagineer uses technology, in service of eliciting emotion. Creating that unimagined reality, is to show a client not just the solution to their problem, but the new way of doing business with it.
